Key Responsibilities

Document Collection & Verification:

Assist clients in gathering and preparing all necessary paperwork for their loan applications.

Carefully review submitted documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with financial regulations.

Loan Application Review & Processing:

Evaluate loan applications for accuracy and adherence to lending criteria.

Identify missing or incorrect information and coordinate with clients to resolve discrepancies.

Client Consultation & Support:

Provide personalized guidance on available loan options, eligibility, and terms.

Address customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism, ensuring they fully understand the process.

Coordination with Financial Institutions:

Act as a bridge between clients and lenders, keeping track of application statuses.

Follow up on pending applications to facilitate timely approvals.

Record Maintenance & Workflow Management:

Keep detailed records of client interactions, application progress, and submitted documents.

Utilize loan processing systems to manage client data efficiently.

Regulatory Compliance & Market Awareness:

Ensure all applications meet regulatory standards and company policies.

Stay informed about financial industry updates, policy changes, and market trends to better assist clients.

Outbound Communication & Scheduling:

Arrange loan consultation appointments and follow-ups with clients.

Conduct outreach efforts, including cold calling, to connect with potential borrowers.

Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Background:

High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).

A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in loan processing, customer service, or financial services is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Canadian loan policies and lending procedures is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with loan processing software is an advantage.

Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial documents.
