Key Responsibilities:
- Student Engagement: Connect with potential learners to provide comprehensive information about Airblack's diverse course offerings in makeup, beauty, and other domains.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Effectively convert prospects into enrolled students by articulating the advantages and value of Airblack's programs, striving to meet or surpass enrollment and revenue objectives.
- Event Participation: Actively engage in video counseling sessions, telephonic outreach, and admission events to enhance student enrollment figures.
- Operational Excellence: Diligently maintain and update records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system, monitor sales performance metrics, and implement necessary improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to synchronize sales initiatives with overarching business goals, providing feedback to refine course offerings and sales methodologies.
