• Creative Account Manager: Work from home.
• Voice Process: Hybrid model (work from home and office) with office location in Bangalore.

Positions and Responsibilities

1. Voice Process

   • Provide customer support for international clients via calls.
   • Manage client product support for customers through calls, chats, or emails.
   • Review information and ensure adherence to policy and guidelines.
   • Make outbound calls for content moderation as required.
   • Ensure data compliance and maintain confidentiality.
   • Strive to meet quality targets and improve process standards.

2. Creative Account Manager

   • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing day-to-day operations.
   • Inspire and coach teams, enhancing skills and simplifying processes.
   • Remove barriers to create valuable creative outputs that meet business goals.
   • Lead and align project managers and creative directors for seamless operations.

Salary Details

• Voice Process: Approximately ₹22,500 per month.
• Creative Account Manager: Approximately ₹41,600 per month.

Age Limit

Candidates must be 18 years or older, with no upper age limit.

Educational Qualifications

• Voice Process/Creative Account Manager: Candidates should have a graduate degree in any discipline.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and deliver high-quality results.
